cups packed fresh basil leaves |

large cloves fresh garlic |
| 1/2 |
cup Fisher
Chef's Naturals pine nuts |
| 1/4 |
cup packed fresh chopped
parsley |
| 3/4 |
cup fresh grated Parmesan
cheese |
| 1/2 |
cup olive oil |

salt to taste |
Combine all ingredients in a blender
on low, then medium speed until it becomes a smooth paste. Toss
with hot drained pasta.
Yields: 4 servings over pasta
