PIZZA, PASTA & RICE: NUT PESTO Back to Recipes

3 cups packed fresh basil leaves
2 large cloves fresh garlic
1/2 cup Fisher Chef's Naturals pine nuts
1/4 cup packed fresh chopped parsley
3/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender on low, then medium speed until it becomes a smooth paste. Toss with hot drained pasta.

Yields: 4 servings over pasta
