MEAT, POULTRY & FISH:
CHICKEN CURRIED CASSEROLE

or 1 lb. frozen broccoli spears |

oz. Fisher
Chef's Naturals slivered almonds |
| 2 |
cans condensed
cream of chicken soup |
| 1 1/4 |
cups mayonnaise |
| 2 |
pounds
cooked chicken breasts |
| 2 |
teaspoons
curry powder |
| 1/4 |
cup bread
crumbs |

Cook broccoli as directed on package
but slightly underdone. Arrange in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle
almonds over broccoli and top with cut up chicken pieces. Combine
mayonnaise, soup, and curry powder without heating. Spread mixture
over casserole and top with bread crumbs. Cook uncovered for approximately
20-30 minutes in 350° F oven or until brown and bubbly on
top. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
