BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOPS

pork chops to the bone |
| STUFFING: |
| 1 1/2 |
cups bread
crumbs (soft) |
| 1/8 |
cup butter |
| 1/2 |
Tablespoon
chopped onion, sautéed in butter |
| 1 |
Tablespoon
chopped celery |
| 1 |
teaspoon
chopped parsley |
| 1 |
cup finely
diced apples (tart) |
| 1/8 |
Tablespoon
salt |
| 1/2 |
cup Fisher
Chef's Naturals pecan chips |

Open 3 thick pork chops to the bone.
Season with salt and pepper. Combine all the ingredients for stuffing.
Pack stuffing in chops and hold together with a toothpick. Brown
chops on both sides and season. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at
350° F in a covered casserole. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
