3/4 cup of margarine
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups uncooked oatmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup Fisher Chef's Naturals black walnuts
1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat together margarine, all the sugars, egg, water, and vanilla until creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.

Yields: approximately 5 dozen cookies
