APPETIZERS: PECAN
CHEESE LOG

pimento cheese |
| 1/4 |
pound American
cheese |
| 3 |
ounces
cream cheese |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon
garlic juice |
| 3/4 |
cup Fisher
Chef's Naturals chopped pecans |

paprika |
|
Mix all ingredients except paprika.
Roll in paprika on waxed paper, shape into log or ball. Refrigerate
for 1-2 hours. Slice thin. Serve with crackers.
