CASHEWS

cups Fisher
Chef's Naturals unsalted cashews |

Tablespoons
unsalted butter, melted |
| 1 |
teaspoon
curry powder |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon
onion powder |
| 1/8 |
teaspoon
garlic powder |

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spread
cashews in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Heat in oven for 5 minutes. In small
bowl, combine remaining ingredients; drizzle over hot nuts. Stir
to coat evenly. Bake 5 to 7 minutes. Cool in pan, stir and store
tightly covered.
Yields: 2 1/2 cups or 10 (1/4 cup).
