PIZZA, PASTA & RICE: SUN-DRIED TOMATO PESTO Back to Recipes

1/3 cup packed fresh parsley
1 large clove fresh garlic
2 ounces Fisher Chef's Naturals pine nuts, toasted
8 sun-dried tomatoes
4 Tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender on low, then medium speed until it becomes a smooth paste. Toss with hot drained pasta.

Yields: 4 servings over pasta
