PIZZA, PASTA & RICE:

sliced red onions |

cup crumbled
blue cheese |

plain focaccia bread |

cup Fisher
Chef's Naturals walnut chips, toasted |

In heavy skillet, cook onions in
melted butter until they are golden brown. Season with salt and
pepper. Spread onion mixture evenly on focaccia bread. Spread
little chunks of blue cheese over the onions. Sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake in a very hot (450° F) oven about 8-10 minutes, or until
walnuts are toasty. Brush edge of crust with olive oil.
Yields: 2 pizzas
