The 120,000 square foot production facility has the capacity to shell and process 70 million pounds of Virginia type peanuts annually. In this facility, in-shell peanuts are packaged by employing proprietary nitrogen flushing technology which extends the shelf life beyond customary in-shell peanut packaging methods.
