E-Proxy and Annual Report Information
On or about September 17, 2010, a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials (the “Internet Notice”) was mailed to stockholders who were not sent the printed proxy materials. The Internet Notice provides details regarding the availability of our full proxy materials, including our proxy statement and our annual report, at the Internet website address http://www.proxydocs.com/JBSS. All stockholders were mailed either the Internet Notice, or the printed proxy materials which include a proxy card. If a stockholder wishes to vote electronically, the stockholder should follow the instructions on how to vote electronically that are included on the stockholder’s proxy card or Internet Notice. |
