Combine sugar, corn syrup and water; cook slowly until sugar dissolves and mixture forms a soft ball (236˚) 15 to 20 minutes. Add Fisher Raw Peanuts and salt, cook until mixture hardens slightly (295˚) to 30 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat, add butter and soda. Stir. Pour evenly into a well-greased shallow pan. Cool partially, turn when firm. When cold, break into pieces.
Yield: 2-3 dozen pieces
