Walnut Apple Blueberry French Toast Bake



Cake:
1 1/2 cups Fisher® Culinary Touch® Walnut/Apple/Blueberry Blend
12 slices raisin-cinnamon bread
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1 1/4 cups maple syrup, divided

Place 6 slices of bread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Fisher® Culinary Touch® Walnut/Apple/Blueberry Blend. Top with remaining 6 slices of bread. In medium bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half and 1/4 cup of maple syrup with whisk until blended. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350ºF. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cut between bread slices. Top servings with remaining 1/2 cup Walnut/Apple/Blueberry Blend. Serve with remaining 1 cup maple syrup.

Yield: 6 servings
