NEW Earth-Friendly Packaging
As part of our larger commitment to environmental conservation, JBSS is proud to announce that our Fisher Chef’s Naturals recipe-ready baking nuts product line features “earth-friendly” packaging.

Our packaging can be called “earth-friendly” because 35% of it has been made using plant-based renewable resources as opposed to being made from 100% petroleum-based materials, which saves up to 34,000 gallons of gasoline annually.  Renewable resources can include plant-derived raw materials from trees and certain other plant-based products such as corn, soybeans, sugar beets and other plants.

Not only is this new packaging made with plant-based renewable resources, it still provides the same level of freshness and quality you’ve come to expect from JBSS. In fact, our earth-conscious packaging does not impact the integrity of the barrier properties, and all of our products are nitrogen flushed to maintain the shelf life.
