Pecan Cheese Log Recipe

APPETIZERS: PECAN CHEESE LOG

pecans

1/4	pound pimento cheese
1/4	pound American cheese
3	ounces cream cheese
1/2	teaspoon garlic juice
3/4	cup Fisher Chef's Naturals chopped pecans
	paprika

Mix all ingredients except paprika. Roll in paprika on waxed paper, shape into log or ball. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Slice thin. Serve with crackers.
